Information we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may collect your name, contact number and email address. The enquiry form on the home page collects your name, contact number, an optional email address and whatever you tell us about the problem. Nothing else is collected and there are no other forms on this website.

Cookies and website analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other websites. Cloudflare is an international provider, so this processing may happen outside South Africa.

How we use your information

Your contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a service callout. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third parties. The enquiry form is delivered by Formspree, which passes the message to our email and does not use it for anything else. Formspree is an international provider, so this processing may happen outside South Africa.

Your rights under POPIA
